I have been a bra-fitter for several years now.
I provide training to shops and run workshops for women who would like to learn how to find their perfect bra.
Soon I am going to offer a series of independent training courses for women who would like to become bra-fitters.
I have been providing my services to Poland's major distributors of British lingerie and Polish lingerie manufacturers.
As a bra-fitter I have strong links with the Lobby Biusciastych web portal where - if time allows - I give advice to women and girls on how to find the right bra size.

Today's video is about women with breasts that are a little bit larger than our average 34B, that is to say, about women who used to be advised to wear 34C bras. In this video and the next two I am going to show you three women who replaced their 34C-34D bras with bras in a completely different size.

Have you heard people say that bras can lead to stunted breast growth in young girls?
No? Well, some people say it's true while many women will respond to that saying that it's nonsense.
Or is it? I would say where there's smoke there's fire. Young girls will often choose a 34B bra or a similar size as their first bra. The accepted view is that it is the "right size" for slim, young girls with small breasts. But what happens when a bra of this size is actually put on by a slim girl with breasts like those shown in the video?

Are you sceptical of the view that an ill-fitting bra can be seen under your blouse or sweater? Well, just look around.
You can see quite a lot of women of my stature in the street, right? Many women with large breasts, frequent weight changes or after giving birth to a child and breastfeeding look just like me - their breasts swaying in a sad manner somewhere about their elbows. Nobody is even surprised - people say that women with larger breasts are doomed to look like this.
This comes as no surprise because those women will often make their purchases in lingerie stores where they are offered sizes that are quite inappropriate for them.
